Page 7 Section 2 All Levels of Membership

1. Members
2. Shall pay annual dues, payable on January 1st of each year and will be considered late after January 31st.  As of February 1st, there will be a late payment fee attached to your dues for each month late, as of the first of each month.  Members whose dues are not paid by May 15th  (change to March 31st) shall be suspended from CMBC membership for the for the season.  Subsequent occurrences could result in expulsion.

Page 8 Associates 

Currently reads:

1. Last sentence - Associate member failure to pay annual fees will result in removal from the boat club.

CHANGE:

1. Last sentence – changing removal to expulsion – now will read - Associate members failure to pay annual fees will result in the expulsion from the boat club.

7 Gate key card related fees

Currently reads:

1. 2nd sentence - Unauthorized use of the key card is defined as anyone utilizing the key card other than members parents, grandparents, wife, husband, brother, sister, son, daughter, grandchildren or approved guest.

CHANGE:

1. 2nd sentence - Remove approved guest
